2 cups flour
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
4 oz butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 tablespoon kome miso (white)
1/3 cup white chocolate chunks
1 oz almond chunks

 

1. Preheat oven to 375 °F.

2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and set aside.

3. With an electric mixer, beat butter with sugar for 3 minutes on medium speed.

4. Add egg and mix another 2 minutes until fluffy.

5. Add miso, chocolates and almond and mix until combined.

6. Add the flour mixture and mix gently for 20 seconds.

7. Form dough into a tablespoon-sized balls and arrange two inches apart on a parchment paper over the baking sheet.

8. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
