1. Saute onions, garlic, chili with olive oil on low heat for 20 seconds.
2. Add ground beef and saute until cooked.
3. Add the miso and season to taste.
4. Place the ground meat in taco shell and top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
RECIPE TIPS: Adding miso to ground beef makes the taco healthy and also adds sophistication to the flavor, making it go very well with both beer and wine. Substitute mame miso with kome miso (red) for deeper flavor and pair the tacos with full-bodied red wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot or Shiraz.
