4 oz instant oatmeal
3 cups water
3 oz tofu
3 tablespoons kome miso (light yellow), preferably with dashi
1 oz scallion, julienned
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
 
Makes 4 servings

 

1. Combine oatmeal, water and tofu in a pot and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes.

2. Add miso to the oatmeal mixture and stir until combined.

3. Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
